Job Description

Bring your expertise as a dedicated mental health professional to support student success in an engaging school environment near Corona, CA. This contract position focuses on providing essential services as an ERMHS (Educationally Related Mental Health Services) therapist. Youll play a vital role in helping students develop critical social and emotional skills, contributing to a positive and inclusive academic community.

We are seeking an experienced candidate who can work with minimal onboarding and readily adapt to the needs of a dynamic school setting.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • LMFT or LCSW with hands-on ERMHS/ERICS experience within a school environment (top priority)
  • OR: Credentialed or licensed School Psychologist with ERMHS/ERICS experience in a school setting
  • Familiarity and direct experience participating in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based interventions for children and adolescents in educational contexts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct mental health and counseling services to students, consistent with their IEP requirements
  • Consult with educators and families on best practices for supporting students emotional and behavioral growth
  • Manage appropriate documentation, assessments, and progress reports aligned with school policies and procedures
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on social, emotional, and behavioral goals
  • Employ culturally responsive practices with diverse student populations
