Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Masters or specialist-level degree in School Psychology or closely related field
• Proficiency in conducting psychoeducational assessments, developing IEPs, and providing counseling services
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with compliance standards for special education and federal/state regulations
• Prior experience in a school setting is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer academic, behavioral, and emotional assessments to students
• Interpret assessment findings and communicate results to families and staff
• Develop and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide one-on-one and group counseling to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Consult with teachers and administrators on intervention strategies and accommodations
• Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) processes and eligibility meetings
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school district and state guidelines
• Foster a positive, supportive learning environment for all students
