Job Description
ProCare is working with a school district in Las Cruces, New Mexico to fill an opening for a school psychologist. The position will start immediately through the end of the school year. The school is hoping to find a school psychologist who would also be open to contracting for the next school year.
This is a smaller school in Las Cruces so any candidates will receive continuous support and be immersed in this "family" feel. It's a full time need but they are willing to be flexible to accomdate your commute. The school WILL pay for commute time.
Caseload:
- District psych need students
- Multiple school locations
- Elementary, Middle and High school students
- Evaluations and IEP development
- Onsite only
- 37.5+ hours per week (Drive time will be paid!!)
- Additional specifics can be discussed on an interview
Requirements:
- Active School Psychologist licensure in the state of New Mexico
- PED certification through NM
- Experience working with students/school aged kids
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Previous school experience is desired but not required
- 1 professional reference

Pay is hourly and paid every Friday. A school psych in IN has a pay rate starting at $35-45/hr+ and increasing per experience.
