Required Qualifications:
- Active School Psychologist certification/licensure (as required by the state)
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred
- Knowledge of assessment tools, IEPs, and data-driven intervention planning
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and academic assessments for students, including cognitive, social-emotional, and behavioral evaluations
- Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and support for students with diverse needs
- Deliver counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely records and uphold confidentiality
- Support a caseload covering a range of age groups (K-12) with approximately 40 students

- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
