Job Description

As a full-time, onsite school psychologist for grades K-5, youll play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive environment where every student is set up for success. In this contract position, your schedule runs from 8:50 am to 3:35 pm, allowing you to work the school day and create a work-life balance. Youll have a unique opportunity to collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to student-centered support in early and elementary education settings.

Desired Background & Qualifications:

  • Valid state license or certification to practice as a school psychologist
  • Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or Educational Psychology (or related field)
  • Previous experience supporting K-5th grade students, preferably within a diverse school setting
  • Proficient in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering counseling/interventions
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working onsite during standard school hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological and academic assessments, utilizing appropriate tools and methods
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to develop strategies and interventions
  • Facilitate and participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and individualized student planning
  • Provide direct services such as counseling and social-emotional support
  • Support crisis interventions and the creation of a safe, inclusive learning environment
