Job Description

Make a meaningful difference in students lives by providing essential psychological services in school settings near Las Vegas, NV. Current contract openings are available for up to three School Psychologists to serve multiple campuses. Roles include a range of full-time and part-time opportunities, offering both flexibility and diverse working environments across K-12 programs.

Available positions include:

  • Full-time (37.540 hours/week) position on a comprehensive K-12 campus.
  • Multiple part-time roles (2030 hours/week) available at several schools, with the potential to combine assignments for a fuller schedule based on your preferences and district needs.
  • New School Year start dates, with interview timing and onboarding details to be discussed individually.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or a closely related field.
  • Valid certification or eligibility for certification as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience with comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations, student counseling, intervention planning, and collaboration with staff and families.
  • Capable of working with diverse student populations across a variety of settings.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a strong commitment to supporting students mental health and academic success.
  • Previous experience in educational environments preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students academic, behavioral, and emotional needs.
  • Collaborate with educational staff and parents to develop effective strategies and intervention plans.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEPs and eligibility conferences.
  • Provide direct consultation and support services to students and educators.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to district, state, and federal guidelines.
