Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure per state requirements
- Masters or higher degree in School Psychology or related field
- Experience with psychological assessment, intervention, and school-based consultation
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
- Knowledge of special education laws and best practices
- Ability to travel between multiple campuses, as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct and indirect counseling and intervention services to students
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student needs and strategies for success
- Contribute to the development and implementation of positive behavioral supports
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
