Key Qualifications:
- Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current state certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and implementing interventions
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes
- Ability to manage a varied caseload across elementary, middle, or high school levels
Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive psychological evaluations and write clear, actionable reports
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, student support teams, and other multidisciplinary collaborations
- Design and implement interventions that foster positive student outcomes
- Offer crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
- Provide expert consultation to school staff regarding student learning and behavior
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
