We're seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join a collaborative team serving students across multiple school sites in Rensselaer, Indiana. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a professional who is passionate about supporting students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success through comprehensive assessment, consultation, and collaboration.
Position Details
- Full-time, onsite position
- Serve students across multiple school buildings and sites
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and comprehensive assessments
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, related service providers, and families
- Participate in eligibility meetings and IEP development
- Provide consultation regarding behavioral, academic, and social-emotional interventions
- Support students through evidence-based assessment and intervention practices
- Travel between school sites using a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
Qualifications
- Active Indiana School Psychologist certification/licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Thorough knowledge of IDEA and Indiana Article 7
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work effectively as both a team leader and collaborative team member
- Comfortable leading professional development and training sessions related to school psychology practices
