This contract opportunity at a K-12 educational setting near Rochester, MI is for a dedicated School Psychologist, collaborating with teachers, families, and administrators while serving a diverse caseload of students with moderate to severe disabilities.

Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology required
- Active Michigan School Psychologist licensure
- Previous experience in school settings preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of assessment, intervention planning, and special education processes
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and write clear, actionable reports
- Provide direct and consultative support for students with moderate to severe disabilities
- Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings, contributing professional insight
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Develop and support behavior intervention plans
- Offer crisis intervention and counseling as needed
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all state and federal special education regulations
