Key Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification and state licensure (required)
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Previous experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of MTSS/RTI, assessment tools, and counseling strategies
  • Exceptional communication, consultation, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to cultural competence and inclusive practices

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological and educational assessments for eligibility and ongoing support
  • Provide crisis intervention, consultation, and counseling for students and staff
  • Develop and implement individualized education and behavior plans
  • Lead and participate in IEP, eligibility, and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to promote positive learning environments
  • Contribute to professional development and school-wide initiatives supporting mental wellness
