Key Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology is required
- Active and current School Psychologist license for the state of Michigan
- Direct experience supporting students in educational settings is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
- Assess the needs of K-12 students and develop tailored intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster positive learning environments
- Conduct behavioral observations, assessments, and provide recommendations
- Participate in the IEP process, supporting students with moderate to severe disabilities
- Deliver direct and consultative services as needed throughout the school year
- Help cultivate a safe, inclusive, and supportive school atmosphere
