Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification (state-specific eligibility required)
• Masters or higher degree in School Psychology or related field
• Prior experience as a School Psychologist in a K-12 setting preferred
• Strong understanding of psycho-educational assessments, behavior interventions, and IEP processes
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Passion for supporting diverse learners and working within multi-disciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and psycho-educational assessments to identify students educational and behavioral needs
• Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to address student challenges and promote positive outcomes
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
• Offer guidance and support to staff regarding best practices for student mental health and wellness
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district and state guidelines
