What You'll Bring:
- Current certification as a Sign Language Interpreter
- EIPA score of 3.5 or higher (required)
- Experience providing interpreting services in school settings, especially with special education (SPED) students
- Ability to work onsite (no virtual options, per parent request)
- Comfort and competence supporting high school students in adaptive classrooms, including those in wheelchairs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality interpretation and communication support for a high school student in an adaptive classroom setting
- Ensure effective access to classroom instruction and activities
