Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Pennsylvania SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience in school settings, especially working with middle and high school-aged students
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as an effective team member
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of middle and high school students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
- Maintain clear, accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
- Monitor progress, ensuring students goals are met
- Create engaging and relevant activities tailored to student needs
