Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Active state SLP license or ability to obtain prior to the start date
- Experience delivering therapy in a school-based setting preferred
- Skilled in both in-person and virtual intervention modalities a plus
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students identified with speech and language needs
- Deliver therapy services to a varied caseload of up to 40 students
- Partner closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain thorough records and contribute to progress reports
- Adapt services and communication strategies for both in-person and (if required) remote service delivery
