Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Active state SLP license or ability to obtain prior to the start date
• Experience delivering therapy in a school-based setting preferred
• Skilled in both in-person and virtual intervention modalities a plus
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students identified with speech and language needs
• Deliver therapy services to a varied caseload of up to 40 students
• Partner closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain thorough records and contribute to progress reports
• Adapt services and communication strategies for both in-person and (if required) remote service delivery
