Qualifications:
- Current MN SLP license (must be submitted with resume)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience or interest in school-based SLP roles; early childhood background strongly preferred
- Strong assessment, therapy, and communication skills
- Adaptable, compassionate, and eager to collaborate with educators and families
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in early childhood students (ages 3-5)
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to develop and monitor IEPs
- Provide both direct therapy and consultative services in group and individual settings
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
