Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC), or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Passion for facilitating student success and overcoming communication barriers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students needing speech-language services
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy services for articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed records of student evaluations, progress, and data reporting requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development opportunities
