As part of a collaborative team serving three conveniently located campuses, youll have the chance to work across diverse caseloads, providing assessment, intervention, and therapy to students from kindergarten through high school. Qualifications:
- Active Alabama Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Previous experience with school-based or pediatric caseloads preferred
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, therapy planning, and collaboration
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to K-12 students across three nearby school sites
- Conduct assessments, draft IEP goals, and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings and relevant documentation
- Travel between school sites as needed, with schedules kept manageable due to their proximity
Position Details:
- Assignment runs from August 12, 2026, through May 26, 2027
- Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
