Qualifications:
- Active Vermont SLP license required
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- ASHA CCC or strong interest in completing your CFY encouraged
- Background in school-based or pediatric SLP services preferred, but open to passionate new graduates
- Effective communicators with a compassionate, collaborative approach
In this role, you will:
- Conduct assessments and provide tailored speech-language therapy to students (K-12)
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support optimal student outcomes
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy strategies for ongoing student growth
- Maintain documentation that meets state and school-based requirements
