Qualifications:

  • Active Vermont SLP license required
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • ASHA CCC or strong interest in completing your CFY encouraged
  • Background in school-based or pediatric SLP services preferred, but open to passionate new graduates
  • Effective communicators with a compassionate, collaborative approach

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct assessments and provide tailored speech-language therapy to students (K-12)
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support optimal student outcomes
  • Monitor progress and adjust therapy strategies for ongoing student growth
  • Maintain documentation that meets state and school-based requirements
