Job Description

Step into a rewarding school-based contract opportunity providing speech and language services to kindergarten through 5th grade students. With an established caseload of approximately 60 students and a start date of March 1, 2026, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through the end of the school year.

Qualifications:

• Active, valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Indiana
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Previous experience with pediatric, educational, or healthcare settings preferred
• Familiarity with teletherapy and supporting diverse student needs
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-5 students
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and federal guidelines
• Provide teletherapy services as appropriate
• Coordinate and participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team collaboration
• Offer guidance and mentorship to SLPA team members if needed

This contract position offers a regular schedule37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Compensation ranges from $45 to $60 per hour, provided on a weekly basis.
