Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience working with children in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong diagnostic, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and generalization of skills
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Contribute to the development of IEPs and participate in meetings as needed
  • Serve as a resource on speech and language topics for school communities
