Qualifications:
- Valid state-issued license for Speech-Language Pathology
- Masters Degree in Speech and Language Pathology
- Prior experience working in school settings is preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy and pediatric caseloads considered a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and evidence-based speech therapy services to elementary students
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document evaluation results, progress, and interventions in alignment with school protocols
- Contribute to IEP meetings and goal development for student success
