Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Active, valid Speech-Language Pathology license in state
  • Masters degree in Speech and Language Pathology
  • Experience with school-aged children or in educational settings is highly valued
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcomed and supported
  • Pediatric SLP skills, comfort with teletherapy, and healthcare-based experience are assets

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in 5th and 6th grade students
  • Design and implement individualized therapy programs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff for comprehensive service delivery
  • Maintain accurate progress records and participate in IEP meetings
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed to reach students
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that addresses students speech and language challenges
