Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligibility for (or possession of) state licensure as an SLP
  • ASHA CCCs welcomed; strong consideration for Clinical Fellows (CFY)
  • School-based and/or pediatric SLP experience preferred
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Commitment to on-site presence for direct student engagement

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in a school setting
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
  • Deliver targeted therapy sessions individually or in small groups
  • Engage with parents, educators, and other specialists to monitor progress and adjust interventions
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation in line with school and federal requirements
  • Support a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all students
