Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for (or possession of) state licensure as an SLP
- ASHA CCCs welcomed; strong consideration for Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- School-based and/or pediatric SLP experience preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities
- Commitment to on-site presence for direct student engagement
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in a school setting
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
- Deliver targeted therapy sessions individually or in small groups
- Engage with parents, educators, and other specialists to monitor progress and adjust interventions
- Maintain clear and timely documentation in line with school and federal requirements
- Support a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all students
