Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative school environment? We are seeking a dedicated School-Based SLP to support students across both elementary and middle school settings in a district near Fort Collins, Colorado.
This full-time position offers a balanced caseload of approximately 50 students and the opportunity to work alongside supportive educators, administrators, and special education professionals. We welcome experienced clinicians with their CCC-SLP and are also happy to consider motivated Clinical Fellows (CF-SLPs) looking to launch their school-based careers.

Qualifications
- Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- CCC-SLP preferred
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong understanding of speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic language disorders
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to elementary and middle school students
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on goal development and educational planning
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, parents, and support staff
- Utilize evidence-based interventions to address communication challenges and support student achievement
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy approaches as appropriate
