Now Hiring: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Full-Time | Elementary & Middle School | School-Based Position

Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative school environment? We are seeking a dedicated School-Based SLP to support students across both elementary and middle school settings in a district near Fort Collins, Colorado.

This full-time position offers a balanced caseload of approximately 50 students and the opportunity to work alongside supportive educators, administrators, and special education professionals. We welcome experienced clinicians with their CCC-SLP and are also happy to consider motivated Clinical Fellows (CF-SLPs) looking to launch their school-based careers.

Qualifications

  • Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • CCC-SLP preferred
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic language disorders
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to elementary and middle school students
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on goal development and educational planning
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, parents, and support staff
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions to address communication challenges and support student achievement
  • Monitor progress and adjust therapy approaches as appropriate
