Qualifications:
- Hold an active Alabama SLP license
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcome
- Pediatric experience preferred, especially within school or healthcare environments
- Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and school-based therapy delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students with varying communication needs
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual student strengths and goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure coordinated care and student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with school and state requirements
- Support students across three nearby school campuses, allowing for manageable transitions and varied professional engagement
- Contribute to IEP meetings, progress reporting, and multi-disciplinary team planning
