Qualifications:

• Hold an active Alabama SLP license
• CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcome
• Pediatric experience preferred, especially within school or healthcare environments
• Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and school-based therapy delivery
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students with varying communication needs
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual student strengths and goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure coordinated care and student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with school and state requirements
• Support students across three nearby school campuses, allowing for manageable transitions and varied professional engagement
• Contribute to IEP meetings, progress reporting, and multi-disciplinary team planning
