Job Description

We are actively seeking three Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a supportive school district serving students throughout the High Desert region of Southern California. These full-time opportunities are available for the 20262027 school year and support elementary, middle school, and K-12 caseloads.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to students in school settings
  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate therapy notes, progress reports, and compliance documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Support students with articulation, fluency, language, voice, and social communication needs
  • Maintain compliance with IDEA, state regulations, and district guidelines

Qualifications

  • Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage a student caseload and maintain documentation requirements

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.53 to $72.53. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
