Make a meaningful impact supporting K-12 students as a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in a contract position near Indianapolis, IN. Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Valid, active SLP license in the state is required
• Expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology, with prior school-based experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with students, families, and staff
• Proficiency evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Familiarity with IEPs and educational documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop targeted treatment plans and support academic achievement
• Assess, monitor progress, and document outcomes while meeting required deadlines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation and support of student IEPs
• Provide education and resources to students, families, and staff regarding speech and language development
