Make a meaningful impact supporting K-12 students as a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in a contract position near Indianapolis, IN. Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Valid, active SLP license in the state is required
- Expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology, with prior school-based experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with students, families, and staff
- Proficiency evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Familiarity with IEPs and educational documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop targeted treatment plans and support academic achievement
- Assess, monitor progress, and document outcomes while meeting required deadlines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation and support of student IEPs
- Provide education and resources to students, families, and staff regarding speech and language development
