Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in Wisconsin, or eligibility to obtain
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
- Knowledge of assessment tools and therapy techniques relevant to pediatric populations
- Experience in school settings preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs) based on student needs
- Deliver direct speech-language services, both 1:1 and in group sessions
- Consult with teachers, special education staff, and families to support academic and communication goals
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in team meetings
- Engage in ongoing professional development as required by the district and licensing board
