Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license in Wisconsin, or eligibility to obtain
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
  • Knowledge of assessment tools and therapy techniques relevant to pediatric populations
  • Experience in school settings preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs) based on student needs
  • Deliver direct speech-language services, both 1:1 and in group sessions
  • Consult with teachers, special education staff, and families to support academic and communication goals
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in team meetings
  • Engage in ongoing professional development as required by the district and licensing board
