Job Description

This contract position is ideal for those with SLP-CCC credentials and experience providing high-quality speech services to children across grade levels. Youll work full time with a manageable caseload, making a meaningful difference in a collaborative educational setting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Previous experience working with TK-8th grade students preferred
  • Strong ability to manage a caseload of up to 60 students
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practices and student growth
  • Ability to adapt services for students with diverse backgrounds and needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to a TK-8th grade student population
  • Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and document student progress
  • Collaborate closely with teaching staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure student needs are met
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for interventions and services
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with district and legal guidelines
  • Contribute to a supportive environment that values each students abilities and goals

Perks & Details:

  • Full-time schedule: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
  • Manageable caseload capped at 60 students
  • Contract runs from August 3rd through May 28th, providing stability through the school year
