Job Description

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license and certification for school settings
- Previous experience in school-based environments preferred
- Strong assessment and intervention skills for early elementary students
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for K-3rd graders
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services within the school setting
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Document services, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Employ engaging, age-appropriate therapy techniques to foster skill growth and confidence
