Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas Speech Language Pathologist Licensure required
• Experience in school-based SLP roles, with expertise across K-12 age ranges
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills highly preferred
• Ability to complete or provide current fingerprinting, verified through TEA (note: process may take up to 10 business days)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students as assigned
• Conduct thorough evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to foster each students communication skills
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff development sessions, and district-wide initiatives
