In this position, youll work collaboratively with educators and deliver direct services to students with communication challenges. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with a commitment of approximately 20 hours per week. The assignment begins as soon as possible and extends through May 16, 2025.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders
- Active Ohio SLP license required
- SLP-CCC certification strongly preferred
- Prior experience in a school setting, working with children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students unique needs
- Provide speech-language therapy in both individual and group sessions
- Collaborate closely with educational staff to develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs)
