Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary students across 2-3 school sites (mileage paid between locations)
- Manage a caseload of approximately 46 students
- Conduct assessments, develop, and implement IEPs using Siras/AbleSpace systems
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
Qualifications:
- Valid California SLP license or eligibility
- Experience with school-based therapy for elementary populations preferred
- Familiarity with Siras and/or AbleSpace IEP systems is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and work independently
