Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary students across 2-3 school sites (mileage paid between locations)
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 46 students
  • Conduct assessments, develop, and implement IEPs using Siras/AbleSpace systems
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and timely documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Valid California SLP license or eligibility
  • Experience with school-based therapy for elementary populations preferred
  • Familiarity with Siras and/or AbleSpace IEP systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and work independently
