ProCare Therapy is partnering with a supportive school district in the Portland, Oregon area seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join their team for the 2026-2027 school year. This position is based at the Tualatin Early Childhood Center and offers the potential for a flexible hybrid schedule.

Position Details

• Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Contract dates: July 6, 2026 June 9, 2027
• School-based position
• Primary location: Tualatin Early Childhood Center
• Located in the Portland, OR metropolitan area
• Hybrid schedule possible
• Potential for up to 2 work-from-home days per week based on assignment and workload needs
• Early childhood population
• Supportive multidisciplinary team environment

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district requirements
• Support communication development and educational success for young learners
