Job Description
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate CCC-SLP for a school-based opportunity in Rome, Georgia for the 2026-2027 school year beginning in August 2026. This is a rewarding opportunity to work alongside educators, families, and related service providers to help students strengthen their communication skills and achieve success both inside and outside the classroom.

Position Details
Full-time opportunity (37.5 Hours/Week)
2026-2027 school year
August 2026 start date
Onsite position in Rome, GA
Caseload and school assignment discussed during the interview
Supportive district and multidisciplinary therapy team
Collaborative and welcoming work environment
Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with student IEP goals
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and maintain accurate documentation
Develop individualized treatment plans to support student communication and academic success
Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
Participate in IEP meetings and progress reporting
Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal documentation requirements
Requirements
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active or pending Georgia Speech-Language Pathology license
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
Ability to work onsite within a school-based setting
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
Open to candidates transitioning from clinical, outpatient, rehabilitation, or hospital settings
