Interviews are currently underway for a contract Speech Language Pathologist opportunity supporting elementary school students for the upcoming school year. This position offers the chance to tailor your daily schedule around standard school hours and to make a direct impact within a close-knit educational community near Roscoe, IL. Youll be an integral part of fostering communication and learning skills, working with a manageable caseload of 35-40 students in a home-base setting.

Ideal candidates will possess a passion for working with both general education and special education populations, including students with ASD. New graduates with their CFY are encouraged to apply; supervision and mentorship are thoughtfully provided to support your professional journey.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or eligibility for CCC or CFY supervision in Illinois
• Prior school-based experience preferred, but welcoming of motivated new graduates
• Comfortable engaging with diverse student populations and collaborating with classroom staff
• Commitment to contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture

Role Highlights:

• Full-time, 37.5 hours weekly on a renewable, annual school year contract (W-2 employee status)
• Elementary-only caseload (one building) for consistency and focused student engagement
• Orientation scheduled before assignment starts for smooth onboarding
• Responsible for assessment, direct therapy, and progress monitoring
