Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure as required for Michigan
- Experience in school-based settings highly preferred
- Pediatric SLP experience or strong interest (including Clinical Fellows)
- Experience or interest in teletherapy is beneficial
- Passion for helping students achieve communication goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with diverse communication needs
- Develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans tailored to individual students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver individual and group speech therapy sessionsin-person and via teletherapy as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school guidelines
