Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a closely related discipline
  • Active Michigan SLP license required
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students in grades K-5
  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with fellow SLPs, teachers, and families to foster student growth and success
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in professional development and contribute to a supportive team environment

Enjoy working a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, 35 hours per week, alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team. Begin your assignment just before the school year starts on August 20, 2026, and continue through June 11, 2027. Compensation for this role ranges from $55-70 per hour, commensurate with your experience and fit.
