This is a 100% remote teletherapy positionwork from home while supporting California students and schools.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech therapy services to California students
- Conduct speech evaluations, assessments, and IEP meetings (California IEP compliance)
- Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain compliant documentation aligned with California Department of Education (CDE) standards
- Requirements California SLP License:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License (required)
- (CA SLP License, California SLP-CCC, California Speech Therapist License)
- Ability to pass background check and school district onboarding requirements
- Previous school-based SLP or teletherapy experience preferred
- Strong technology, virtual therapy, and communication skills
