Job Description
A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) offering both virtual and on-site teletherapy services. The position supports students from kindergarten through 12th grade and operates from August 17, 2026, through June 4, 2027. The workweek runs Monday through Thursday, approximately 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with Fridays off, totaling 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to K-12 students.
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy in alignment with state guidelines.
- Provide both virtual telespeech and in-person therapy sessions as needed.
- Collaborate with educational staff to support student progress and document outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Nevada state licensure required to secure an interview.
- Experience with telespeech and teletherapy platforms preferred.
- Skilled in managing diverse caseloads within school settings.
Location: Ely, Nevada
This is a 1099 hourly contract position. Compensation ranges from $48 to $58 per hour, reflective of experience and qualifications. This role balances flexibility with a structured schedule to optimize service delivery for students.
