Physical Therapist (PT) School-Based Contract
Location: Terre Haute, IN

ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in the Terre Haute, Indiana area to hire a Physical Therapist (PT) for the upcoming school year. This onsite role offers the opportunity to support students in a collaborative and student-centered environment.
The district is seeking a motivated clinician who enjoys working in a school setting and contributing to student development alongside a multidisciplinary team.
Position Overview
- Contract Dates: August 2026 May 2027
- Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
- Setting: Onsite
- Grade Levels: K12
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in accordance with student IEPs
- Conduct evaluations to determine eligibility and service needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy
- Active Indiana PT license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
