Step into a rewarding contract opportunity shaping student success through virtual speech-language pathology services. This role is ideal for an Arizona-licensed SLP seeking a highly flexible schedule within a school environment. Two positions are available: one general Voco SLP role serving a diverse caseload, and a second requiring bilingual proficiency in Spanish. Both positions support students across K-8, with one caseload including two high-school students.
Qualifications:
- Current, active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Arizona
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (required)
- For the bilingual position: fluency in both English and Spanish
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication and technology skills, comfortable providing services virtually
- Ability to manage a small caseload independently
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students via a virtual platform
- Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and other service providers to support student progress
- Complete documentation and assessments in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Maintain regular communication with families to ensure consistent support
Flexible schedule details:
- Up to 10 hours per week, scheduled in line with candidate's preferenceeither one day or spread across multiple days
- Caseloads of 16 students per SLP, primarily K-8, with some high-school students (general SLP position)
- Work within school hours: 8:00 AM 3:30 PM
