A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is now available for the 2026-2027 academic year. Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience working with school-aged children (desired, not required)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to diverse learning needs and cultural backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and professional development sessions
- Stay up to date with evidence-based practices and state guidelines
