A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is now available for the 2026-2027 academic year. Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children (desired, not required)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches to diverse learning needs and cultural backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and document student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and professional development sessions
  • Stay up to date with evidence-based practices and state guidelines
