Job Description

Make a real difference supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant school community! This full-time contract opportunity welcomes both experienced SLP-CCC professionals and Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFY) ready to gain hands-on experience. Working 35-37.5 hours per week, youll have the chance to provide crucial speech and language intervention, assessment, and support for diverse student populations.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Masters degree in Communicative Disorders or a related field required
  • Valid California SLP license
  • School-based experience preferred, though Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of current therapy techniques, including individualized and group interventions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech/language therapy to students in K-12 settings
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and support documentation
  • Engage with families and teachers to ensure comprehensive student support
  • Participate in IEP meetings, in-services, and ongoing professional development
