Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start
  • Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each childs needs
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services in both individual and small group settings
  • Consult regularly with teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in meetings as required
  • Advocate for students to access necessary resources and support
