ProCare Therapy is seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a supportive school district in the Inland Empire region of Southern California for the 20262027 school year. Multiple openings are available across elementary, middle school, and K12 settings, offering clinicians the opportunity to work with diverse student populations while making a meaningful impact on communication and academic success.
Position Overview:
- Full-time, school-based positions for the 20262027 school year
- Multiple openings across the Inland Empire and surrounding High Desert communities
- Elementary, middle school, and K12 caseload opportunities
- School placements and caseloads determined during the interview process
- Collaborative special education and related services teams
Available Openings:
- Elementary School SLP
- Elementary/Middle School SLP
- K12 SLP
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and speech screenings
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain therapy documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Address articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs
- Ensure compliance with IDEA and California special education regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Compensation & Benefits:
