Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) OR Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Valid state SLP license (or eligibility)
  • School-based experience or strong desire to work with children and adolescents
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and targeted therapy goals
  • Conduct ongoing progress monitoring, maintaining detailed documentation of student progress
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to support student success
  • Provide direct therapy sessions both individually and in small groups
  • Offer consultative support to teachers and families to promote carryover of skills into classroom and home environments
