Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid State Licensure as an SLPA is required
- Demonstrated experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under licensed SLP supervision
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students
Core Responsibilities:
- Work closely with supervising Speech-Language Pathologists to carry out therapy plans for pediatric students
- Provide direct therapy to students, monitoring and documenting progress towards measurable goals
- Support in assessments, data collection, and reporting to help adjust intervention strategies
- Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and ethics in all interactions and work performed
